We have officially finished the maple syrup season. We made 93 1/2 gallons, just shy of last year’s total of 100 gallons. This year there is a new grading system. By using this grading system, we made one grade only: Grade A Dark Robust Taste. If we were using last year’s grading system the grade would have been Grade A Dark Amber. We were so close to Grade A Medium Amber.
