We just figured out our seed order for the year. New this year that we are growing: Bok choi, Chinese cabbage, two varieties of eggplant (instead of one), white radishes (in addition to the red), rutabagas, buttercup winter squash (in addition to the two from last year), market more cucumbers (in addition to the two varieties we grew last year), ground cherries (tomatoes), peas and celery. We are also planting horseradish but probably won’t be ready this year. We’ve got a lot of new additions and there is still time to sign up for the CSA.
